For help topics, all content in the body tag is fully customizable.

All image, CSS, and script references must be to resources that are stored on the user's computer.

Links to topics in your MSHC file should use the following format: mshelp://OEM/?id=<TopicID>. For example: mshelp://OEM/?id=C9er323euA.

For executable shortcut links to be properly loaded in Help and Support, HTML tags must be self-closed or have a closing tag.
In addition, the opening tag and closing tags must be lowercase.
For example, <body></body> is valid, while <BODY></body>, <body></Body>, and <BODY></BODY> are not.

<h1>Connecting to a Wireless Network</h1>

<p>Windows displays the available network connections, including wired, wireless, and Bluetooth connections. To connect to a wireless network, click the wireless icon in the Windows system tray. The available networks are listed there, including whether the network is secured (requires a password) or open (no password required and less secure).</p>

<p><strong>Wireless connection:</strong> To wirelessly connect to the Internet, select the network connection from the list, and then click the <strong>Connect</strong> button. If the connection requires a password, type the password. If you do not know the password, you will need to request it from the person who set up the connection.</p>

<p><strong>Airplane mode:</strong> To enable and disable the wireless network on the Fabrikam Model X1 computer, use the wireless network switch located on the left side of the computer.</p>
